  • Preston Morris

    Preston was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Accepting Christ as his Savior when he was ten years old, Preston attended Wilmont Place Baptist Church, where he began leading worship during high school. During his youth group's trip to Falls Creek, Preston accepted God's calling on his life to ministry. Since then, Preston has served as student ministry intern at Wilmont Place Baptist Church from 2016-2017, and at Bartlesville First Baptist Church in 2017. Preston began leading worship at Exchange in January 2018 before officially joining our staff in May of 2018. Preston graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2019 with a B.A. in Communication Studies, and married his high-school sweetheart, Ashley in May of 2019. Ashley is a nurse at OU Medical Center in OKC. In 2023, they welcomed their first child, a daughter, Isla Rose. The three of them enjoy life together in OKC with their dog Kya.

    Cathy was born in Mexicali, Mexico and moved to Oklahoma City when she was 3 years old. Shortly after arriving in OKC, she began to attend Exchange in 1987 and it has always been home to her. Cathy was baptized at Exchange when she was 13 years old and eventually met her husband Angel in the youth group. They were married at Exchange, and later had kids who also began to be taught by some of the same teachers who taught her when she was growing up. Throughout her time at Exchange, she has always tried to put her gift and love of servitude in service to Him for His glory through various tasks. Using the skills she learned in college and as a bookkeeper for over 17 years, she began to serve the church with their administrative needs before being called to serve in the children’s ministry in 2022. Cathy and Angel were married in 2005 and love serving the church anytime they have the opportunity to do so. Cathy and Angel have two boys, Cristian and Nataniel.
